Yoga

Yoga, from the Sanskrit word “Yug” (union), is an integrative system that unites body, mind, and spirit. Originating in India millennia ago, it combines postures (asanas), breathing, and concentration to channel vital energy (prana) and foster spiritual connection. There are various styles, ranging from gentle Restorative Yoga to dynamic Ashtanga or Power Yoga.

My approach is restorative, focused on reconnecting mind and body, releasing tension, and reducing stress. I prioritize conscious breathing and mindful awareness in sequences of postures that promote flexibility, strengthen muscle chains, and deepen the practice through technique and repetition, supporting holistic health.
