It promotes holistic health and can serve as a spiritual path within Buddhist and Taoist traditions to connect with “the Source.” It is a gentle practice, suitable for all ages, with noticeable benefits in a short time.

With 25 years of experience, Qi Gong has been a cornerstone in my life, helping me overcome illness, depression, and disorientation. I have practiced methods such as Falun Dafa, Ba Duan Jin, Zhi Neng, Zhan Zhuang, and the Taoist systems of Mantak Chia, integrating Taoist Tantra as a means of psychophysical regulation and a philosophy of life.
